Reply to latest customer review (Wacef Chowdhury): As the waitress serving the customers, I would like to respectfully clarify what happened. When taking the customers order, they asked me if I could suggest something to eat that was good. I suggested a few items and one of them being a grilled cheese. I had suggested the portobello mushroom grilled cheese but as they looked on the menu, they decided that they wanted the scrambled egg grilled cheese instead which indeed included bacon inside. I told them that it was a good choice and i placed the order. Unfortunately, at no point was there any mention of any dietary restrictions. When the grilled cheese arrived, they saw the bacon and advised they could not eat it. As we always do if something like this happens, we kindly asked the customer if it is OK if we take the bacon out as to not waste any food because it happens that some of our customers just dont like the taste but in this case, they mentioned it was for religious purposes and that it could not be the same sandwich and asked for a new one to be made. We always try to accommodate our customers the best we could and we always assume our mistakes. That being said, as it was the mistake of the customer, my manager did ask them to pay half the price of the sandwich and absorbed some of the loss himself. I think its important for me to clarify that my boss never asked me to pay for the food. I took it upon myself because as the customer mentioned to me, we are all human and make mistakes. This is very true and i agreed with that and the customers were very nice to me. But at the end of the day somebody has to pay for the mistakes and it is not fair for the restaurant to always absorb the costs of customer mistakes. It was just an unfortunate event/mistake.This is why I decided to buy it and enjoy it later.

I ve been to other Allo mon Coco in the past, I would say this one is the best!! The food is super flavorful that the chefs gave their own twist, everything is very fresh that you can tell the owners really care and proud of their food. The service is amazing and very friendly, my in-laws are strict vegans, they were super accommodating. Amazing brunch place and experience!!

I LOVE having breakfast here. The staff is always kind and courteous and the food is delicious(especially the potatoes!!). I was recently served by one of the waitresses named Ishiah during a visit with my grandparents. She was very kind and attentive to the details for their meals, Like always, my grandparents loved the food and the service. Definitely will be going back!

A great breakfast surprise here in Chateauguay. Portions are huge for the amount you pay. The food is delicious and very satisfying. I have just finished my breakfast and I will likely be full for days. Very friendly costumer service here! I am will order again!

Allo mon coco is my favorite brunch restaurant and I'm so happy it opens in Chateauguay! This place is bright and vibrant, exactly what you look for to start the day. Food is great as expected. Always LOVE the big bowl of fresh fruits that come with Eggs Benedict, their signature potatoes (yummm!) and also the cream topping on the waffle is so airy and delicious. Staff are all pretty nice. You can see their smiling eyes as they all wear masks. It still feels strange having to wear mask when you are not seated but people all seem getting used to it and respecting each other’s space. Overall very nice experience. Highly recommended!

The little Hispanics in the kitchen did an amazing job preparing my omelette. It was perfectly cooked and light. The omelette was made with 5 eggs. The portions are enormous so you better bring your appetite when coming to allomoncoco. The service was amazing and fast. My waitress (iziah) had the brightest smile and always made sure my coffee was hot and full. I normally don’t like to tip because I am not very wealthy but she deserved the full 20%.

This was a good place to go to. Service was fantastic and the food was great also. I actually had my birthday breakfast/brunch here, they came out with a waffle topped with strawberry and cream with chocolate chips on top. They sang happy birthday to me and I very much liked the idea of other dinners singing
